RecommendedHad our Bailey there Saturday 11/14. Been going for here for years. Groomer accidentally lacerated Bailey. Accidents happen. Groomer super apologetic. Not stitch worthy, but needed attention. 2 Banfields booked solid so had to go to ER vet, not the cheapest. Anyway, emailed receipt Sunday nite and a check was delivered Thursday. VERY impressed. RecommendedWe brought our new puppy in for a nail trim this morning. The staff were so friendly and very quick with the service! Our Fancy girl will definitely be back for a spa day in her near future!
To begin with, the noise in the facility made it VERY difficult to discuss grooming requirements with person behind the desk. Once I had a chance to check out the haircut, I was very disappointed in the full groom for pomeranian/chihuaha mix. Asked for tight trim, and when she arrived home I had to trim around both ears and her tail. Received call after 2 hours from time of drop off saying she was ready to go home. No wonder I had to finish the job. Will not go back again.
RecommendedToday was my first visit here! I’d like to thank y’all for taking such good care of my Chewie! She looked beautiful when I picked her up. I like the layout of the place...love being able to see all the dogs as they are being taken care of! My dog is usually stressed after a grooming, but she must have liked this place as well because she seems stress-free! Thanks for taking care of my baby! We definitely will return!!
