Over the course of a five month period, we took our two rescue pups in to be groomed three times. While the cuts were decent enough, the customer service and treatment of our dogs were lacking. After each visit, our dogs regressed for nearly a week…refusing to eat, as well as waking multiple times a night needing reassurance that we had not abandoned them. Do not recommend this place. Our boy, who is a gentle Weimaraner was attacked here. We got him back after a couple nights from vacation with 3 wounds on his face, o e of which was right by his eye. The employees tried to pass it off as if he had done that to himself. No way he caused those deep gouges himself with his paws, they were definitely bite marks! They don't give a crap aboht yohr pets here and will not own their screw ups.

My dog is a neurotic mess and everyone here is so kind and wonderful with her. They are knowledgeable and obviously love the animals in their care
First time at Barks and Bubbles and the first time for my Aussie to be groomed. Nothing but rave reviews! She was pretty rough when she went in and cute as can be when she came out. My little tomboy looked so adorable! Will recommend to all in MH and be back soon! Thanks for taking such good care of my little girl ❤️🐶🐾 posted the before pic also.

They are no longer taking pets for afternoon appointments. When I tried to explain to the person on the phone that I can't come in mornings, she abruptly said Ok then hung up on me. This is now my FORMER groomer. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
They are amazing!!! I would highly recommend them. I took my pup Sofia there and it's the best groom she's ever had. They really do a good job and I'd like to say thank you to all of them!

my dog is a rescue with a few quirks and quite a few things he’s scared of and this is the only groomer in a 100 mile radius i will ever trust with him!! look how happy he gets after a little doggie spa day.🥺
