If I could give zero stars, I would. We trusted Lisa with our precious Aussie and she came home sick, covered in crap, and lost about 5lbs. They have too many animals and not enough staff. We brought her own food and she was fed canned food (which I’m guessing is the cause of her diarrhea). Lisa was too worried about going to a baseball game to care about the animals. We will never go back. She will be getting our vet bill. Mad does not even begin to explain how we’re feeling.
