This complaint is due to the scheduling department failing to do their jobs. My doctor's office gave a referral due to Sciatica and Shoulder pain. Trying to become a customer failed when the male agent answered the call. I said, I am new patient and I have a referral from my doctor so I need to schedule an appointment. The man said, "OH YOU, WANT TO SCHEDULE or is it for someone else"? I repeated that I am a new patient and I have a referral FOR MY SELF due to sciatica and shoulder pain. He disconnected the call. Staff at the Bedford facility are tremendous! The staff was helpful, patient always making sure i was comfortable, including with the exercises & stretching. It's difficult not to like any of the staff here, Brittany,Hannah,Breigh, Peter, all incredible people, amazing staff, always cheerie and smiling. The staff that handled the insurance... a breeze, just signed a few papers..done!
