We have lived here for about a year and a half and have had a really great experience. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests or concerns we’ve had, which has made living here so easy and stress-free. The apartments themselves are great! They are well-maintained, comfortable, and feel like home. I’ve been living at Barkley village apartments for 9 years. It’s been a great place to live, I’ve really not had any problems, maintenance always gets repairs done quick. The management staff is great.
Very well taken care of property in the Valley! They even have indoor pool and gym for the residents! Plenty of parking as well!
Liz was great to work with. I decided to rent and have moved in and everything is great so far.
