I dont live in barkley ridge apartments but i do visit my girlfriend everyday and she rents off them. I wouldnt recomend anyone to rent off them because its infested with bugs and other pests, they tell you they pay for the bug people to come spray for them but then they turn right around and find someway to make you pay even though you do everything the paper says to do to prepare for the bug man. We've been living here for a year and a couple months and I can honestly say that the sheer ineptitude of management is mind boggling. When we moved here, we informed them of the fact that I am disabled and on immunosuppressants for Crohn's Disease so if there was a health/safety issue it needed to be addressed quickly. They insisted that wouldn't be a problem. Our lovely upstairs neighbors have taken to peeing out their window which then drips into ours.
