Update! When I was moving her out miraculously the gates were working again on the controlled access apartments. We recently went to visit some friends my auntie has there and guess what once again no working gates. Do they only run them when the owner shows up or what? Plenty of other big complexes near by have working gates I don’t understand why a small complex can’t keep them in order? Either way steer away from that place. My aunt is currently moving out she had been there many years. Recently it’s gone down hill everyone seems to be moving out. Left and right new people, there’s garbage everywhere, homeless people, gates never close, rent rate is outrageous jumped up hundreds recently, peoples homes flooded not to long ago while fire alarm went off for no reason. Work takes weeks to get fixed. I don’t know if it was bought over or they just stop caring but my aunts had enough.
