2025 August. The building is going downhill. I want to warn anyone moving in and ask to see two months or longer of utility bills by law for the building or for the apartment you want to rent because my utilities is garbage water sewer I pay with my rent and it’s $160 next month for a one bedroom without a washer and dryer. None of the one bedrooms have a washer and dryer.
The property manager is spot on and knows her job. Excellent customer service and clean apartment complex
Absolutely loved living here. Maintenance was responsive and helpful. 10/10.
Update! When I was moving her out miraculously the gates were working again on the controlled access apartments. We recently went to visit some friends my auntie has there and guess what once again no working gates. Do they only run them when the owner shows up or what? Plenty of other big complexes near by have working gates I don’t understand why a small complex can’t keep them in order? Either way steer away from that place. Best decision we’ve ever made was to get my aunt out of that hole. My aunt is currently moving out... read more
