We live to the Barkley Ridge is the worst place we live next store in the Crestview West and the kids come home from school m-fri and scream and yell untill it's time to go in when it's dark the kids yell and scream on the weekends all day no parental control ever the kids do what ever they want when the office is closed they are always in the cars way the kids scream all day on the weekends and mon -friday the kids scream from morning untill dark this is unacceptable and we don't deserve to have to listen to screaming kids ... read more
The biggest problem at Barkley Ridge Apartments is the property manager, Lala. Parking is handled inconsistently, and when residents raise concerns, the response is often confrontational instead of focused on finding solutions. Rules appear to be enforced differently depending on the resident, which creates unnecessary frustration. Resident events have also been poorly managed.
