We would like to thank Kristin and Bud for a WONDERFUL buying experience. Kristin worked with us for a year to have the perfect home. Bud made the walk through very easy and addressed all of our issues (which were very few!) Kristin's warm welcoming personality drew us to James Monroe Homes to begin with and she did not disappoint. We love our new home and are thrilled to have worked with these two incredible people. If you want professional and personal all in one this is the home builder to go with!

DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER! Honestly, no stars if I could. There are minimal changes you can make during the design process. Any change you want to do that isn’t included in their packaged changes makes everyone very confused (even when it makes sense for building the house). My home is 2,900 SF and was told I would have a single 3 ton hvac unit to serve the house. I asked for that to be changed and increased to two units and was fought with for a couple months. I had to settle for (2) 1.5 ton units at an additional $7K.... read more
