RecommendedHonestly some of the most friendly techs I've dealth with. Having an agressive German Shepherd, it's hard to find people that actually treat him like a normal dog, but the techs and doc are all so gentle and understanding with him. So nice to have a place I can rely on.
They lost my moms pet Speedy in less than 24 hours of having him. Then the doctor or whoever I spoke with related him with a rat and said we would never find him. If you use this place you are asking for problems. Still haven’t found him.
Sherman loves the Doc and the staff is great! Been going to them for years!
We had the best experience @ Barkingham Palace today. We have taken all our animals there at some point (we have 3 dogs & a cat) but today we took our 10 year old pitt mix to be sedated to have her nails trimmed. The staff was so patient & loving with our girl that they were able to get all her nails trimmed without having to sedate her. This is a huge deal. I would recommend this vet & staff to anyone in the area.
I have only used their doggy day care and boarding services but my dog is always, always, always happy when she goes there. All the workers are super nice and they're always happy to see her, and my dog is a crazy one. And they did not charge me extra days when I couldn't pick her up due to snow which was very considerate.
I have been taking my dogs here since I moved to Greenville 3 years ago. Today I called to see if I could get my dog worked in because he has an ear infection. I was put on hold while the girl checked. Moments later an older lady got in the phone and told me that I could bring him in. But, I’d have to wait SEVERAL hours to been seen! I said oh I can’t do that. I guess I’ll have to find another vet. She said OK! And SLAMMED the phone down on me! I will NEVER set foot in that horrible place again.
