I called for information and the woman on the phone claiming to be the Owner / boss...was very unprofessional and rude Customer service and proper phone etiquette are the basis for a good first impression * In this case my first impression is to take my bussiness else where. if they treat potential customers like my self....God knows how they treat the animals in their care . Word of mouth means every thing in this bussiness * Good luck with your attitude *

Krystall is more than just about grooming our fur babies, she's also a master chef at making treats for them. A little while back she started a treat of the month club. Let me tell you, I jumped on the band wagon instantly. I'm not sure where Krystall finds the time, but all her treats are homemade (no fillers or all that other crap) and are good for our kiddos. Krystal is the best groomer in town! She does such a good job and I also love the little bows she puts in Penny's ears. I get many compliments on how good she looks and on the bows!
Crystal does awesome with my poodles! I know they are dramatic and she always makes them look great! She takes extra special care of my almost 16 year old 😊 lucky to have her!
I absolutely love how Krystall takes care of my Baby :) Trixie is always so cute when I pick her up after her pamper time with Krystall :) All I have to do is tell Trixie that she is going to go see Krystall and get pretty and Holy Cow WATCH OUT cause Trixie goes absolutely nuts !!! She get's so excited it is funny :) My Trixie Loves Krystall and her pamper time <3 Thank you Krystall for making Trixie feel like a Queen !!! I couldn't ask for a better groomer than you <3
