My 74 year old mother trying to get a storage unit so she can move into a new house, has a 4:00 appointment. I drive her down there and we're met by nobody but some guy with a dog snarled and barking at us, and he had no idea what was going on and didn't seem to care either, he was just trying to get his dog into a different trailer.
