We have spent several days each July at Barkers Island The help is great very pleasant and helpful Furniture needs upgrading , Food is good I recommend it
Today is the 4th of July. We went to the restaurant this morning for our breakfast. We got there and we stood around for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Sat down and it seemed like only 1 person was working, it took another 20 minutes to make our order. Also 30 minutes to bring our food out and when we got our food it was wrong, but by this time we were alrdy late so we ate it. Ppl came after us and left before us. I have stayed here a couple times. Nice rooms, great view and property, good service. Restaurant has great food and service. Last time we went we had a massive table and they were behind in the kitchen due to some issues but they were very courteous and gave us a discount.
We stop with friends A's wanted too use our entertainment coupons and they refused the coupons. We were told even though they were from 2015 they will not honor them. We won't be back.
