I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect from an office staff member. When I politely asked for directions to my specific doctor, she not only mocked the way I greeted her but also made it clear she had no interest in helping. Her only response was that she “ONLY works with Dr. Barker,” which left me with no choice but to walk away.
