Forces you to get liability insurance then won’t let you smoke on the patio or open your windows for “liability reasons”, zero climate control, always hot, constant fire alarm tests, constant water interruptions, often with no warning, and all of this only costs $70/day in rent! These housing companies are all trash.
Great place to live.
Rules for some..other rules for others. Harassed to death over unnecessary things. They do not ho nor your leases contents. The harassment is unrelenting. I would advise everyone not to rent at Barker Street. I have never encountered this disrespect anywhere else.
Awesome event with Fire Truck on Saturday. Best turnout we've ever seen. Met people we hadn't met in the 2 years we've been here. Very well organized. Nadia and Chalena are doing a great job for this community. Cathy & Julie.
