I completely agree with the recent comments regarding Coleen at Barker Realty. She really knows her stuff and has the experience and communication skills to make what would ordinarily be overwhelming, an easy journey. Besides being incredibly well organized, she keeps her word, listens, sends relevant properties for review and plans in-person visits to well though out properties. She has an easy manner making it very comfortable for a client. I highly recommend Coleen for your real estate needs.
