Took my 2019 acadia in for the first time for non working side impact lights. Charged $200 for labor and they worked for 2 weeks Took it back again after the lights failed and paid $1000.00 for some new harness. That was 3 months ago. Now they have failed again for the third time and was told they need some new module. That was going to be 1600.00. Plus I had to pay another 200.00 for labor. I said forget it. I am done with Barker and GMC!
Terrible to deal with. Traded in two cars cost for car $37500 paying cash $37,500. That =0 value for trade in autos appraised jeep compass 2116 $4200 2011chevrolet 80,000 $1600. Discussing!
Kori Parker was great. Never pushy or hard selling me. He let the truck sell itself. Didn't get the constant calls, texts and emails the other dealerships sent while I was considering my choices. Gave me the best deal of anyone too. Spent a lot of time getting me up to speed on all the features on my new vehicle.
Barker has always done well by us. Dick Meads is a great guy and genuinely helpful. Missy is just as amazing. One of the best car shopping experiences I've had.
