I had a 1pm appointment arrived around 1:15 pm so there were many in front, but I was good with that. The car was taken back at 3pm or so for a brake job. There was one machine and a vehicle was still on it.
Barker has exceptional quality service, friendly staff, they are attentive to detail and yet they remain prompt. I love Barker Mitsubishi/Kia for their service department which are competitive with their prices and their sales department. Every department that I’ve encountered from financing, to sales, to service has been superior to any other service I’ve received at other dealerships and services.
Typical salesman. All talk with no follow up, they went through the effort to hold the car for me coming from out of state, but a true salesman would be honest in the condition of the vehicle. The uvi process needs to be looked at again. I had warped rotors and non existing pads, Blind spot sensors don't work, the entire trim needs to be replaced and they didn't even have the correct size wiper blades on the Sorento.
