We have been renting from them for almost 2 years, and Barker has been the absolute best landlord we have ever had. If something is broken, they get it fixed as soon as they can. They are understanding and always willing to help in any way they can.
People beware good old to is a scammer he will try anyway possible to not give money back and just a really nasty old man with an attitude and don’t know how’s he’s made it this far trying not to give money back on a deposit that was never moved in to man oh man watch out for the Ron guy he’s a joke and pretty much a scammer very rude and needs an attitude adjustment dudes a joke

I was going to rent a house I gave 1375.00 for deposit only. I had to back out due the property not being big enough and a death in the family and had to travel and put my moving on hold. They Saud they was only going to give me part of my money back now and I had to wait til they rented the place to someone and if they didn't rent it til middle of the month they would pro rate the rent and take it out of my deposit now tell me how that's fair I have to pay rent for a house I'm not moving into so out of 1375.00 so far all I'... read more
