We were renting theough Fiorina Properties for 2 years. From Application to move out they were always very efficient. Everything always went smoothly and we were very happy to have them as property managers.
Not impressed with Christian; I booked with him 5+days in advance and then he asked to reschedule the time. I was due to review two properties but because he double booked I could only view one, and that felt rushed. I followed up to see if I could reschedule the other property to view and did not hear back. Not what I would want from a company that would manage as a landlord for any rental.
We've had several property management companies, and Fiorina has been FAR and away the best. In particular, our representative, Rachael, was incredible. She was fast, caring, and incredibly organized. As a result, our property was always in top form. If you have a property or are renting one, use Fiorina!
I rented from them for 2 years. House maintenance was kept in tip top shape and repairs were always done promptly. Great communication and great staff. My experience was 10/10 with them and would choose a property of theirs again due to great management. Thank you Fiorina!
