Everyone at Fiorina Properties has been very helpful, no matter what the situation. The building I’m in had been put up for sale and Rachael went above and beyond to help me through some difficult times during the showing and sale of the place. Everyone there has been very helpful and always friendly. You guys rock!

They were quick to respond to a Zillow request, set up a showing and we loved the property. We put in an application within an hour of leaving the showing. Paid a $60 application fee (each), and got an email saying while their policy was to accept the first qualified candidate, a more qualified applicant had been approved. I emailed back asking if the persona had backed out and how long they accept their backgroud checks for. 38 days later it is still listed on both Zillow and their website, and I've received no response.
I have been a tenant at a property that Fiorina Properties manages for the past 4+ years. They have a very easy to use tenant portal that allows for maintainance requests and rent payments. They are exceptionally responsive to any requests, I often receive calls within hours from their maintainance vendors and handymen. They have curated an excellent collection of maintainance workers...professional, trustworthy. As a tenant, I feel very well cared for by the property managers and their staff. Could not recommend higher.
