Terrible experience with them booking a airbnb that they manage in Santa Fe, NM. The system glitch prevented me from getting a full refund for a canceled reservation even though I canceled before the deadline. After I noticed the reservation was still not canceled (two hours) after the deadline passed and once again canceled, they would not give me my full refund and failed to communicate with me. Very dishonorable and unprofessional. Greed makes people do mean things.

Everyone at Fiorina Properties has been very helpful, no matter what the situation. The building I’m in had been put up for sale and Rachael went above and beyond to help me through some difficult times during the showing and sale of the place. Everyone there has been very helpful and always friendly. You guys rock!

Working with Fiorina Properties as a vendor has been an excellent experience. Micah The entire team is always professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, expectations are organized, and payments are always made immediately, which is something you truly appreciate as a vendor. Everyone at FP treats people with kindness and respect, and it’s obvious they care about maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and clients. Highly recommend working with them.

They were quick to respond to a Zillow request, set up a showing and we loved the property. We put in an application within an hour of leaving the showing. Paid a $60 application fee (each), and got an email saying while their policy was to accept the first qualified candidate, a more qualified applicant had been approved. I emailed back asking if the persona had backed out and how long they accept their backgroud checks for. 38 days later it is still listed on both Zillow and their website, and I've received no response.
