HORRIBLE!!! The one and only star goes to his dog! Had my exam done in February and didn't receive my glasses till June only because I called and went by several times. The Dr never did my exam. The staff is rude as heck! The girl who sits in the front needs to get a job where she does not have to help customers cause she has no manners! Only went because they eye dr I wanted to see was booked for months, for a reason! Wait for a good Doctor with professional staff!

Back office staff is ok, but the receptionist is super rude for no reason. Not to mention all the passive aggressive signs in the front office make it seem really ghetto. Combine that with the fact the doctor came on video for like 90 seconds to approve the "prescription" suggested by the tech, along with very strict deadlines for picking up glasses, it's best to go elsewhere. They also don't have the glasses sorted in an orderly fashion, making it unnecessarily difficult to figure out which ones are which. Short version is ... read more

Rude office staff. Difficult to get through. They place you on hold for three turns of their on hold music of Don’t Stop Believing. When the office staff are called on their poor attitude and long wait times on hold , the common response is “it’s not me” or “you didn’t talk to me”. The eye exams are professional, but may not be worth it when dealing with their office staff.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 2HRS TO LUBBUCK TO GET NEW GLASSES THEN I WILL DO THAT FROM NOW ON. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE, WHITE, LONG BRUNETTE HAIR, SITS IN THE DESK CLOSEST TO THE SIGN IN SHEET IS A RUDE RUDE LADY. MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAD TO CALL ON MY BEHALF JUST TO LEARN THAT THEY HAD MY GLASSES THERE FOR TWO WEEKS AND NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, SHE WAS SO RUDE AND WOULD NEVER LOOK TO SEE IF THEY CAME IN. I FELT LIKE SHE HAD IT OUT FOR ME FOR NO REASON. A... read more

I would give a 0 if I could. I paid over $300 for glasses with insurance because the doctor said I could get progressive lenses along with prisms. Every doctor before said I couldn't. I paid for the progressive lenses and 2 months later I got a pair of glasses that no way I could see out of. After weeks of back and forth- no refunds and no $ back - the office sent back to the lab to get lined trifocals. They arrived 6 weeks later and now NO prisms. I drive to Clovis to get them but have no other reason to go so gas over and ... read more

receptionist is very rude and even resorts to name calling customers on the phone. Wished me luck on getting a better Dr. for getting eyes corrected and later stated will refuse to send paperwork to requesting Dr. Is that even legal????

I honestly want to give less than a 1 star rating. I've been wearing glasses and contacts for over 30 years and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I needed an exam and so did my daughter, I also needed to get her contacts for the first time. They explained that she would need a training & fitting for the contacts. What they didn't explain was the charge for that training. The "perk" they tried to sale me on later was that I could get contacts at their cost. I can order contacts cheaper ... read more

One star is to many stars. Rude, inconsiderate and very unfriendly. Currently looking for a new eye doctor

My daughter waited almost an hour before she was seen the staff there is not very helpful or knowledgeable. The waiting room is so tiny sometimes you literally have to stand up next to numerous other people side-by-side with out any room to move. I even accidentally hit a guy standing on the other side of door when I was trying to get leave. The owners wife who works there is also very rude. They never call you when your glasses are actually in. Dr Barker is never there.
