Beautiful location with friendly people. The maintenance manager Justin is vigilant and caring when it comes to the property and its tenants.
I have my first apartment, in this buiding. . . Ive been her for a year, two months and three days AND am looking forward to many more years, here. I was close to the former "super" and was sad when she left; but, Justin, the person who took her place, did more than filled the void. . . He became another great person in the building filled with great people. I have Autism and close off really quickly, the people in my building helped me overcome that obstacle in two weeks. I have been a resident at the Barker House for over a decade. This is a great place to live with a friendly community of neighbors. Justin has come on board recently, as both the manager and the maintenance man--really done some fantastic improvements, and is extremely prompt when there is an issue.
The new maintenance janitor, Justin Miller, is on an ego trip and called the police on me for picking up my kids from the property because I parked in someone's unmarked dirt parking spot. I think he has unaddressed mental issues. Truly concerning for anyone who lives there, considering he has access to every apartment in the building. He lives in the building and watches people from his room on the security cameras screwed all over the building. What a strange man.
