Sometimes things happen and you just don't know where to start. This team will help you! We had some water intrusion and needed equipment to dry a room and then a test kit to ensure water didn't reach further. Rental was easy and even had help loading to our vehicle. Test equipment explained and everything was easy to follow. Questions? Answers are just a phone call away and service was amazing. A great place to nerd out and get new stuff! Very knowledgeable staff who are there to help. Sometimes places such as this make me feel intimidated but not Barker Hammer, they are always very friendly, very reasonably priced, and they carry everything your little carpet cleaning heart desires. Update: complements to the service department, they are awesome and always fair! This is so important to business owners

Zero customer service, took 15 minutes to pay my bill because “the paper work wasn’t typed up right”. Also charged me $200 for a simple repair where I could have bought a whole new assembly for the cost of the repair.
Nothing but good experiences from these guys over the years. From their education, front of house staff, mechanics team, and Kyle in sales. All great people to work with and they always are always very attentive. I will continue to go through them and refer them to everyone in the industry!
