On September 15 2025 went in to get a refund that was left on my totaled car extended warranty Matt was the person who started the process .never fully explaining the process takes 6 to 8 weeks Matt is the person that told me after a few calls that the refunds come on the 15 of the month mind you it is now December that he will check with Kelly in the office and call me back that day Matt never called.
