I bought a vehicle 2 months ago. Loved the salesman, everything went well. I noticed a crack in the panoramic roof the same day. I contacted my salesman about it. I was told they would replace it, no problem, just give them a few days to get back to me. I've had multiple text conversations over 2 months and they all end in, we're working on it.
