My update: I left my first review below this. After 3 months I sent a certified letter to the owner of the dealership, explaining all this. Well I received an immediate response. Andy called me. He apologized profusely for all of this. He said he was unaware of this situation. He said he was making me priority #1. He quickly got me into a glass repair facility.
