Is there a way to leave 0 stars? This company might as well be selling snake oil. Their deluxe 600 dollar non-refundable FEE JUST FOR APPLYING (FEE, that's what it really is) really puts the earnest in earnest money deposit. Don't worry, they still charge an application fee on top for that expensive credit check they probably undergo extreme hardship and toil to make. Don't rent from this place, they have been sued for their scammy practices and dig around for dirty money like it's the 1849 gold rush.
beware that this company will withhold your security deposit regardless of the circumstances. i applied oct 6th was never officially approved till i gave them $885(deposit). i was told to hold/be approved i must pay that upfront. needless to say, approval was oct. 24 - i tried to cancel the move in next day due to changes in my personal life & also because i feel disrespected/ discriminated against by the property manager at kimberly club during the application process. sadly wish i never looked into moving here, but i guess... read more
Fantastic office staff, responsive maintenance staff. Nice apartments, new play area, pool, and volleyball area. I enjoyed living there and felt safe.
