Rolled in as much bark dust as I could find.
Bad business practices. This is the second time using the company. They do a decent job of laying down bark, but their billing practices include running my credit card on file from two years ago without my permission. And when they had to cancel it and get another card, in which we could not connect, led them to threaten me with a lien on my property. Looks like I’m not the only one. I called them at 2:20pm on a weekday and they had already left the office.
Damages vehicles then yells at you until you walk away. Stay away from this company unless you don’t care about your property being damaged.
Filled in the online form asking for an estimate, and within 24 hours someone emailed me. Scheduling was easy, they were able to come relatively quickly, showed up when they said they would, did more in 1/2 hour than I could have done in a year myself, and did a great job putting down 16 units of blended soil in new garden beds. Everyone I communicated with was so nice. Really pleased with my experience.
