Absolutely one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, 5/11/2026, regarding two concerns: my air conditioner not blowing cold air and an intermittent shaking issue while idling at stop lights. I also mentioned that I may need a tune-up since the vehicle has never had one during my ownership. The employee scheduling the appointment assured me they would perform a full inspection and let me know what they found.
