I live in the Linden Townhomes in Wellesley, Barkan manages the units. I am am an owner and have lived here for 7 years. My basement flooded 2 years ago, and continues to flood- up through this past Saturday. Barkan has been extremely difficult to work with. They continue to "push the can down the road"- by sending an ill-equipped company to "patch" the crack in the foundation.
