Wanted 140$ before they would even let me speak to the doctor. Never saw the doctor despite having an emergency. Just bad vibes really nasty people.
Very pleased with my first experience with this great group of professionals. I had a very negative ordeal with my previous dental provider in the area, and was seeking a new practice. Bark River got me on the schedule immediately and performed my X-rays and cleaning the same day. The hygienist who did the cleaning was beyond thorough and miles ahead of the previous individual who spent about 5 mins most cleaning my teeth. Excellent staff.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office today. I had an 8 AM cleaning appointment and was 10 minutes late due to having an early morning 2.5 hour drive from Illinois visiting family. I explained my situation, including that rescheduling isn’t easy for me with having an hour drive and an infant to account for, but they still refused to see me.
