when I called to make a reservation they conveniently left out the fact that they will charge extra for "early check in" and "late checkout". In fact they don't mention at all that they have a specific check in and check out time. They also don't provide food, although their website says that they charge $3 per meal, they will be very rude if you show up without food for your dog. I had a great experience with grooming. My two shih-tzus looked better than any place I've taken them in Lake Charles. They were well taken care of. No cuts, not shaved too close, happy little handsome boys. Thanks for a great groom, they were a mess when they came in!

The bark park is nothing but excellent. I have a labrabull (labrador/pit bull hybrid) dog with elevated separation anxiety. On specific days which I have to work or go to class for extended periods of time, I drop my dog off here early in the morning. The staff is ALWAYS there, never late. They're always welcoming and open for conversation. By 4-5 pm when I pick my dog up, he is exhausted. You can always tell he has been mentally and physically stimulated all day. I brought my dog there and I wanted the regular cut. But instead they shaved her, and cut her ear and a few other places. I read some of the other reviews but I should have read them before I used them. In short they need to be put out of business.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG BACK HERE AGAIN! I BROUGHT IN A PICTURE OF HOW I WANTED HER CUT. I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T WANT HER SHAVED OR TO HAVE A LION CUT. I WANTED WHAT WAS ON THE PICTURE. WELL THEY SHAVED MY POMERANIAN AND GAVE HER A LION CUT. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SHAVE A POMERANIAN BECAUSE IT RUINS THEIR UNDERCOAT! IF THEIR GROOMERS KNEW ANYTHING THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT!
