I can only speak on the cat grooming. I advised best not to bring your cat to be groomed with this company. My cat was injured . The web site list this company as the best of the best and high end pet salon. very deceiving and not the experience expected from a groomer with 20 + experience. Wished I had seen the reviews prior to bringing my pet.

Great place with true experts. Our second visit and they again exceeded our expectations. Our dog Nugget loves going to Bark Now. I highly recommend this business.

Worst grooming job ever! Charged me for a full groom and they didn't do face, ears, privates or body! I had to take my dogs to another groomer to have them done correctly. Tried to post before and after photos on their FACEBOOK page, but they are set to only accept their own comments!! I wonder why? When I complained they refused to refund my money! DO NOT GO HERE!

Best groomer around I’ve been using bark now for about for years they do a beautiful job on my Jethro he’s a Himalayan Siamese and he looks gorgeous every time he leaves his day of beauty

I know the owner of bark now. Her name is Kris Tripp. She has gone to court with her buddy Steph Osborne, and lied in court for each other. When her dying husband Steve was around and dying of brain cancer, she cheated on him!!! This woman is a lier and a cheat, not to mention she drinks heavily and smokes weed. Maybe that's. Why her animals are abused.DONT GO TO BARK NOW!!?

I’ve been taking my dog to Bark Now for four years. They do a great job. My dog is really shy and always is happy to go. They also call as soon as she’s done because they know she has separation anxiety and I like to pick her up ASAP, so she’s only there an hour. I feel badly for the post regarding the dog that got injured, if it did happen it had to be an accident. Bark Now always takes such good care of my dog you can tell the workers all really live animals.

I have used Bark Now for years for my three dogs without issue. I have never been disappointed. I am wondering if all the people posting negatively have really used Bark Now or are simply reacting to a negative Facebook post they saw. Closed minded if you ask me.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE! My friends dog was drugged and came home with a broken jaw, to which the vet expressed was NO "accident". Disgusting! They need to be shut down!
