We opened a new specialty running store with a natural, outdoors theme and our designer came across the bark shingles from Bark House. I called and spoke with Ryan who gave excellent advice and service - I had one idea, but he discussed it and convinced me of doing it another way which looked so much better than my original plan. His advice was very practical and he also was quick to send us photos of other similar projects. Ryan (my sales rep) and the Bark House are top notch in all possible ways. I always get very personalized and courteous service and The Bark House has the most complete selection of materials anywhere in Western North Carolina. Ryan always lets me take as much time as I need to go through all the warehouses to find that "treasure" I need for my rustic frames. I never feel rushed. With so many items to choose from, I can spend the day at The Bark House and come back with great ideas.
I have been a fan of Bark House and its products for years. I finally live in a Bark House myself and have several clients that are currently beginning construction of their Bark House. I have had the pleasure of touring their facility and much of their work in the area surrounding their home office. Customer service is excellent and the Bark House product that they supplied is beautiful, well packaged and carefully shipped.
