They arrived as agreed. The trees were cut down as agreed but they left a mess that I had to clean up. They refuse to pick up the 20 logs from the trees that they cut and piled in my neighbors lawn. I've contacted them several times and they make excuses. 2 weeks and now the neighborhood kids are playing on the logs. Horrible company. I guess I'll need to pay another company to remove the logs. I will file fraud charges with the state.
Poor communication, lack of customer service. We paid a day rate to have 2 trees cut down and some trimming done. Everything seemed fine, until they cut down a 3rd tree without telling us. The tree cutters said it had carpenter ant damage, which is fine but you don't just remove an extra tree without even letting us know. We could not get the job foreman on the phone except for whenever he felt like responding a day later. We hired them for one full day with the understanding that a set minimum amount of work would be done. It was also understood the place would be left in decent order as we had a large family gathering scheduled for that weekend. The crew showed up, worked hard and cut down a lot. Unfortunately that is where the good news ends. We did a day rate for mr. ****. We completed a days work and even gave him 4 hours for free. His roof was not damaged at all. I have before and after pictures. We offered to replace the flamingos and pick up the trash that was over looked at completion. He refused unless we would do more free work. I cannot resolve this. He wants additional work at no cost.
