I have gone here for years. my dog came home with a gash on her face even though the groomer Ashley had said nothing about a cut . when I try to tell Ashley about the cut she resorts to saying if it was that easy to clean it how I should do It myself. and how if I would have taken care of my dogs grooming better how this wouldn't have happened. very unprofessional. especially after years of spending money here.
Our husky, Chewie, had an appointment with Ashley this afternoon, and by far, she’s the best groomer we’ve experienced in the area. She was professional and cheerful and did an amazing job with our high-energy dog. We will definitely be back :) Thank you again, Ashley!! 🐕🐾🌟👏🏼😆
She cancelled my appointment by putting a note in the door to her business when I got there. Very, very unprofessional!
Almost two weeks later and my dog Soma still smells amazing and is soft beyond belief! Quality products and service!!
