Demonstrates Poor business practices Owner does not address complaints in a proper fashion, they tell the teenage help to address issues. If you want something to go your way, whine like a dog, they will side with you. They will never try to hear, listen or ask for the full story of an incident, just the half story of the whining owner, and then they go with it.
