We ordered from Bariola's after a long drive into Rogers, expecting a good meal when we got to the house. Instead, we received some of the worst pizza we've ever had. The pizzas were extremely burnt, the crust tasted burnt throughout, and the food was honestly inedible. We called immediately, and the employee agreed the situation warranted a full refund. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were recommended this place as we are not from Arkansas we were there on vacation all of the pizza we got was burnt and tasted like it was a Frozen crust. Management was awful to work with said they would give us a refund and didn't even end up refunding half. When they found out we were from out of town they quit answering our calls all together. We ordered four pizzas. All four pizzas were burnt And they knowingly sent them out. They said they would give us a full refund. They did not refund us at all. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere
I would give 0 if I could The food was so awful and even more gross to look at We have been playing a game with the managers and they don't seem to care. The run around is so rude
bad pizza, bad customer service! The pizza tasted so bad almost like a terrible pre-frozen crust. We called an complained immediately and since we were about 20 min from town we did not take the pizza back, but we were told that we would get a refund. They did not refund our pizza. Do not eat here!
