I took my dogs here to get spayed and neutered. The vet and the techs were extremely friendly, helpful, and good with my dogs. They answered all my questions and the vet even took extra time to find a pharmacy with the medication my dogs needed at the lowest cost.

Use Utah Animal Hospital, NOT Utah Veterinary Hospital in American Fork. Don't get them confused. My son took a dog to Utah Veterinary Hospital for X-rays before her due date. They charged twice as much as any other vet ($203) that we used for X-rays before. They didn't let him go in because of covid. They took forever. When they brought the dog back to the car, my son couldn't find the debit card. He had a flight to make, and left to come get the card from home, so he could make his flight on time. Great place people say they r expensive but they cost just as much as anyone else. I have compared pricing plus their grooming department is exsullent. My dog is picky but she live them.

Vets are good but the front desk service is the worst. I took my dog today for a check up and because of the pandemic we had to check in from our car and wait there for the call to let us know it was out turn on the list. After 3 hours i called back because the parking was empty just me and my dog and the front desk lady said she had been calling me at an old phone number. I've been taking my three small dogs to these folks for over five years and have received nothing but excellent service from the entire staff. The prices do seem a big high and I suspect that's due to the affiliation with VCA but, coming from the Atlanta area, I wouldn't say they are unreasonable. The doctors seem very knowledgeable (and I have three vets in my family, just not in this area) and the staff is so friendly and cheerful. I had my dog taken care of here multiple times, and always had a great experience, and recently, I had to put him down. The staff was extremely courteous during the whole process, for both my dog, and for me. We never felt rushed, and we were given time to mourn. We were given many simple options on the process, and were allowed to choose to take him home versus the offered cremation. There was even an offer for a 3rd party to pick up your loved one. My smallest chihuahua almost died about a year ago and we had to rush her over there only to find out that she had pancreatitis and they saved her life. They were very professional and extremely caring they knew how much she means to me. I would highly recommend them. This is my baby that they took care of her name is Little Bit.
