Awful quality - service no better. Recent remodel - replaced the faucet handle and shower handles multiple times - they just don’t last. It’s been less than 2 years. Service technician was to show up again today at 930 - shows up at 8 and weeks old house And he doesn’t bring the parts… Sue left an incomplete job

What an Excellent Service!! I needed to replace a kitchen faucet, and I contacted the customer service department via email. The response from Lyna was very fast and efficient. Within a few days I received a new faucet for free, just needed to pay a reasonable amount for shipping. That is a great example of a perfect customer service. Thank you
