The service is amazing. Our seller renovated our house before we purchased and we noticed some of the fixtures were developing spots. I emailed the company to figure out the best way to clean it and they raised that it was a finishing issue a d that it was guaranteed for life. They sent us replacement pieces when that's not even what we were requesting. This is how you keep customers and get new ones! It helps that they are beautiful too! I would definitely do business with Baril

Their team followed up multiple times to make sure my top priority — having plumbing ready for my home delivery — was met. After clarification, the additional delay was not caused by Baril Design, but by the fact that the order was not properly submitted at the beginning. I'm a contract and I bought 2 faucets for my customer. The cartridge went in one and I called the manufacture. They told me I had to fill out a form, show proof of sale and take pictures. Most manufactures you call them and they just work with you to make sure it's the correct part and send it to you, no questions asked. Why would I want a cartridge if I didn't have a problem with their faucet?
