Nous avons rénové notre salle de bain au complet. Pour le robinet du lavabo, nous avons opté pour un modèle très élégant et solide de la marque Baril. Cependant, comme toute chose, après quelques années d'utilisation, il a commencé à couler. Nous avons contacté la compagnie, expliqué la situation, et ils nous ont envoyé une cartouche de remplacement. Le remplacement de la cartouche a été rapide et simple. Le service après vent est excellent. Un gros merci.

Bonne qualité de produit. Bris de boyau après 11 ans de loyaux services, boyau de remplacement non-disponible, on nous a remplacé sans frais le robinet en entier. Service après-vente, même hors garantie remarquable.
