Bought a modern style kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. Sleek, modern, black, it is lovely. I did have an issue with my soap dispenser, which Baril (Thank you so much Anika B!) resolved for us. it's a premium product, from a premium company .. based in Canada ! .. Recommend highly.
Customer service was very responsive. I needed a cartridge replacement. After I provided them with the required information, name, address, PO#, for warranty purposes, they arranged for a replacement cartridge to be shipped to me. Very satisfied with the service.

Their team followed up multiple times to make sure my top priority — having plumbing ready for my home delivery — was met.
