Have been very pleased with the products we had installed during our renovations. We encountered an issue with one of the faucet and had immediate response and help with the issue. Great products and service!
After 8 years of use our rain shower head split at the seam. Contacted customer service to inquire about warranty only to be told that the seam failure on our 12 inch square shower head was normal wear and tear. As it was past the 5 year warranty limit it would not be covered. This would indicate they do expect failure on a very expensive and premium product after 5 years of use. Why would anyone pay a premium for shower fixtures that have a 5 year life expectancy?
