This is a great rental property unfortunately I didn't rent an apartment yet still waiting on a vacancie but they were nice understanding great apartment pricing apartments are nice and big lots of shopping around the neighborhood but best of all beach is rite dwn the street

I lived here for many of years management is horrible the building has so many violations, landlords never wants to fix the issues his way of fixing things is saying move out or sue me”. Bedbugs, roaches mice, and unsure entrance. I would not recommen moving or living there !

I lived at the property they owned and i moved out with a 30 day notice kept it neat and clean and did everything a good tenant was supposed to do when i moved March 20th and now all i get is send offs and bs. They stated they sent my deposit refund twice and it got lost and now it got sent to 12110 S Front apt 1 where i moved out of which i now live in Fort Wayne, Indiana and i feel its unfair how im being treated.
