The reviews saying these people are scam artists are plain and simply not true. If you are upset you wasted your money on bad storage unit and still had to pay the cleaning fee that really sounds like a personal problem. I’ve never had any bad runs ins with this company and certainly have never been scammed.

Worst Exp i have ever had, These people are scam artist just like all the other reviews say. They sold us a storage unit and charge us a cleaning deposit and we had the storage clean out 2 days later and sent them pictures and they stop answering phones and didnt respond to the text or emails we have sent. It was only after we called the auction site and got their account suspended that they called us back. Thomas is the biggest scammer there. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY DONT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH THEM.

I won a storage locker through them and was told to contact them after I cleaned it out to get my $100 deposit. They are impossible to reach because they do not answer their phones. I would avoid doing business with them at all costs. I originally read reviews and thought I would give them a chance but I am now regretting it.

SCAM ALERT!!!!BEWARE DO NOT BID ON PRIVATE SELLER AUCTIONS AUCTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY AS AUCTIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL SYNERGY ELECTS TO TURN PROPERTY OVER TO BUYER.
