Physicians and Staff are amazing! Always feel supported and at home when I am there. Will continue to refer family and friends to this location. Dr. Ortiz is the most calming and understanding physician, she listens and guides me to where I need to be and what I need to do to get to where I need to be physically and mentally. Everyone I worked with throughout the entire process was warm, patient, and kind which definitely made me feel more comfortable. These doctors are the real deal and have put together an amazing team! I'm so glad I chose Staten Island University Hospital for my bariatric surgery!!!
This team is professionalism personified. Every team member from the front office to management and to the doctors made me feel like I was important, and best yet family. The information seminar was articulated beautifully, and thorough. Any question I had over the phone would be answered promptly and explained thoroughly.
