The reviews are correct. They will not call back. 10 months of leaving messages for an appt, 3 referrals, and I am now on my 4th message to the office manager who doesn't call back either. This practice lacks professionalism, follow thru, and is grossly mismanaged. Update: I was able to recieve an appt and now at the 11 month since this began. They canceled just now at the appt time and they offered another appt 2 more weeks out.. We are now at 5 messages for the office manager who still has never returned my call. I managed... read more
Had my procedure on April 26, 2022 and it was an amazing experience. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were very attentive and kind. Never been treated like this before, no negative comments to report.
I never write reviews, but this place has the worst office staff. I've called and had to leave a message twice this month to reschedule an appointment and no one ever calls you back. Also one time while waiting in the lobby the staff came in with fast food and were going on an on about some new fast food breakfast sandwich ... in the lobby where people are waiting to get help with weight loss ... people on strict diets with food addictions. I mean come on!! I've had no issue with the nurses or nutritionists.
