Dr. Medlin has been amazing he even called me when I called in with questions for the the on call surgeon. I may only be a few days post op but looking towards the future and plan on keeping up with Dr. Medlin
I was treated horribly from the moment I walked in. I was told to fill out forms and brings those in but upon my arrival I was treated with complete disrespect and told that I should have completed the same info online through a patient portal. There was NO email or phone call telling me that. I waited for 2.5 hours and walked out in tears. There are other options. I highly suggest you find an office that supports you from the beginning once you've gotten the courage to ask for help.

My understanding is you were late enough for us to ask you to reschedule. It was your choice to wait which was fair to the other patients. I apologize that it did not work out today but you must understand what the domino effect impacts all the other patients if one is late. The doctor only has so much time with every minute scheduled and to blame us is very unfair. I truly wish you simply would have rescheduled. We wish you all the best in your journey.
