Barhite and Holzinger which manages the Village Green is very unfair as a management company. They allow certain residents certain privileges while not allowing other residents the same. They are unfair. The squeaky wheel gets the oil at the Village Green which is run by Barhite. They are unresponsive to residents requests and frankly they just don’t care what their residents want or need. Don’t be fooled by them. They are unprofessional and useless.

Great staff and environment to work it. Despite real estate being a cut throat business the sales team works together a lot of the time. Not only does it help the company as a whole but it makes working in this industry less stressful.

I wish they had a place for zero stars. They are one of the worst management agencies I have known.
