Stacey and Jorge are the best! They are incredibly nice and accommodating. My wife and I moved in recently and we felt super cared for and looked after during the whole process. Both of them really have gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed/wanted. Overall, this is a great place to live and the staff here are incredible!
Stacy and Jorge are amazing. I’ve lived at barham villas for almost 13 years with my sickly mother and 3 kids. My kids are adults now and recently my mother past away. I needed to down size Stacy and Jorge made my transition so easy and smooth. All of the staff at barham villas included the maintenance new my mother and offered such kind words and jumped in and made our transition so welcoming and smooth. I love living here. Barham was a great place to live the past year. Everyone was very friendly and Stacy made it really easy and was very helpful.

My daughter and her roommates have lived at Barham for the past year, feeling comfortable and safe. Everyone is pleasant and friendly with a nice sense on community. The manager, Stacey, is especially helpful and has a kind heart towards college students.
