Do not move here they put in solar my average bill with SDG&E before solar$150 after they put in solar it went to $350 average sometimes they got billed for $400 there's a fee they charge you it's called composition fee which stands for we're charging you for our save your BS I wasn't born yesterday been on this world for 63 years construction cost your solar bill will be doubled. These people need to be brought to court they lost the case never bothered to take me to court cuz they know better I didn't pay them.
edit: 2025, just received my portion of the class action lawsuit against this complex for overcharging on moving oit fees. Gleiberman class action if you want to look it up! Preying on college students and destroying their credit while young, priceless 2018-Lived here for a year and had many problems. Management never bothered to help us. I've seen reviews from 3 years ago about roaches in the apartments. Ours had it also and the mangement tried to blame us for the problems. My husband and I have lived here for a month so far, and it feels so much like home! The community amenities are hard to beat. Other residents are pleasant, considerate, and easygoing. There are lots of resident dogs and cats, so it's perfect for animal lovers. Lots of families and kids as well. Our apartment was clean upon move-in, and property staff addressed any issues immediately. Stacey, the office manager, is fun and easy to talk to.
