I had been looking for an apartment for months. It was one the hardest times in my life, divorce, had a kid I needed to get close to CSUSM. No one wanted to work with me then I applied for Barham villas. My man Jorge is an allstar, he worked diligently to get me into what I needed. Having a great experience at Barham, staff is very friendly and the area is beautiful.
Barham Villas has awesome management and maintenance! They are super responsive and helpful with anything you need. Maintenance is always on top of the reports you make and are super kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place nearby campus!
I love it here! It’s beautiful, the people are friendly, I always feel safe, and it’s very well taken care of. Barham Villas has been my favorite place that I've lived at thus far in life. Highly recommend!
As a new resident I have really appreciated the events they put on like the taco truck they just had a few weeks ago. Staff is also great! Super quick to answer all my questions and help me.
