I had a great experience shopping from my new home in Barham Villas. The manager Stacey was very patient, helpful and informative even under pressure. She was very short staff but she manager to followup withbemails and makesure everything that you needed help with was taking care of. She is the meaning of hard work. Thank you Stacey for all the help and guidance to make my move easy.
My wife and I recently moved into Barham Villas earlier this month and Stacey has been more than amazing. All the tiny issues that I noticed were addressed in an instant and she is more than understanding / willing to work with you. Very quiet neighborhood and the amenities are amazing.
Manny is truly one of the best people on the staff. He is very friendly and efficient with his job. He fixes things fast, has a lot of knowledge on his works, and cares for the community.
My husband and I recently moved into this complex and are thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities and overall grounds at this apartment complex. From the moment you step into the clubhouse/laundry common area, it’s clear that attention to detail is a top priority. Ms.Stacy the main office manager is so helpful and understanding. Love it here. She is great and helps resolve and respond to our needs. Been here for almost a decade and have no plans on leaving anytime soon thanks to ms Stacy.
