This company owns a parking lot located at **********************************************************. In the past year they changed the parking lot to a "paid" lot. The payment signage is completely inadequate and they are charging large fines through a company called Parking Collect who does not reply to appeals. The payment signage is is NOT visible to drivers entering the lot. Rental properties of Barham are promised to be cleaned and they have obviously not been cleaned of previous owners hair, filth, and splattered grossness on the walls. It is unethical and probably unlawful to rent a house for these prices without cleaning the home. BEWARE. Lies are told to get a signature and deposit. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
These are the most crooked people I have ever had to deal with. Forced me and my family to sign a contract on a tear down house that we were lied to about. EVERY person or company that I have talked to can't stand this guy. He's overcharged and yaken back nearly evry house that he sold in 2015. A complete *****. He is crooked and his staff is too.
