RUN!! This place is awful and they don't care about anything, but money. I bought a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica that had the front frame wielded back together which they knew about. However, since it isn't on the VIN they won't do anything about it.
I bought a 2011 Orange Kia Soul. John was great. He was very helpful and was very nice to my dad and my husband.
I never like to post negative comments about anyone, but trust me when I say this is the WORST place to go to. I should have listened to the reviews online. I bought my car in December which was pretty good when I took it for a test drive. The first night, the wipers and the lights didnt work. a few days later the brakes didnt work. then about two weeks later , my car overheated 2 hrs. away from home, after being told this was a reliable car for me due to the fact I drive 200 miles every other weekend. Please save your time and money. I am never one to write bad reviews but this place is horrible. My car is priced WAY more than it should be. First day I had the car, I heard the brakes grinding and found out lights didnt work. So i took it back to get fixed. The next two days i noticed the tires sounded horrible when i hit bumps, and I kept getting stuck at work due to the car not starting.
