I went there on September 2, 2019. I purchased over $12,000. I had someone help me and they were very nice. I went around the store and picked out everything and took pictures. Checked out and they loaded, we unloaded in a shed. Didn’t touch until workers arrived this weekend. We found out they charged me for 4 faucets, I received 2 and they weren’t even the one’s I picked out. Went to take the bathtub out of box and it was cracked and the drain was at the wrong end. What a miserable place to come I don’t understand employees if you don’t like where you work you should find a job you like, after spending 45 min walking around which I was trying to price out some bathroom fixers and even grabbing a tape Measure and measuring different cabinets, not one person ever asked if I needed anything or if I was looking for something in Particular so I left and went to Home Depot across the street. I might pay more but a least the employees don’t look miserable and make you feel unwanted.
This is a great store! Definitely the place to go to first when doing home renovations! The staff in this store is amazing!

Rude is an under statement!!! nothing we picked out was in store could not answer any questions ordering for us from there warehouses, employees were more worried about smoking. I give this place a -1!!
