My experience was horrible!! I purchased a car from them in 2018 and ever since then I’ve had problems with the car up until it just finally wouldn’t crank any more. It was so frustrating having them tell me to bring my car in and have my car return messed up by one of their own mechanics and they’d try to say I brought it in that way. They do not have titles for the cars they sell. No title no plates.

I was sold and unbeknownst Salvage car. Which was stolen, I was told I could register my car.. which I'm not eligible TOO. they told me they would send my tag registration information within 7 days they never sent anything with no intentions of sending. THEN asked me to come back to the lot "bargain motors" to sign a salvage title agreement I haven't returned. NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! My sister purchased a vehicle from them a couple of months ago and it broke down within that second week she had it. Here we are a FEW MONTHS later and she still doesn't have the vehicle she purchased and she already paid a payment not even having the vehicle in her possession. Their excuse is they are waiting on a part to come in. COME ON PEOPLE!!! REALLY???...... Have you ever heard of O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS? You get the part in a couple of days.
They worked with me when I couldn't make my payment, either you people are just mad or you didn't look at your vehicles before you got them, my car I got from there had issues in the beginning I immediately returned it and they fixed everything I wrote down. Inspector will be here Thursday and I am having zero issues with my vehicle at all I love it so much actually, thank you for being so awesome tiffany :)
Crooks. I bought a car from here and they also had not had it inspected. It's been 6 weeks, and I'm having to take them to court.
