Great customer service ! Owner was more than accommodating and willing to negotiate. He was informative and seemed to offer helpful advice , not just trying to make a sale. Definitely would do business again. **Store hours note: retail store open Thursday 10 - 5 , Friday 10 - 5 , and Saturday 10 - 4 . Hours on other days are for online/auction pickups . Even though I went on a non retail day I was able to inquire and even purchase the kick scooter I was looking for. Smooth and easy transaction . Highly recommended !
Bad at updating website and got rip off then got a email lying about what happen. Don’t buy anything from the auction because it’s usually cheaper in the store or on the bad website that’s poorly updated. I feel if the store was up front with me instead of lying about what happened. I can’t trust a place that lies to it’s customers. Now 1 star for the lame response. Bad customer service and be careful because the owner will creep you and post childish comments instead of fixing the problem. Just read the attacks on the reviews and on Facebook.
EDIT: (can't delete the review so editing) They did end up returning my messages and taking the return for us which we really appreciated. BUYER BEWARE! We bought a power wheels from here that does not work. We got it home charged it for a few hours and let my son ride it out of the garage and into the backyard. It completely dies out after less than a minute riding. He couldn't even make it to the backyard with it.
